Report a problem
Found a bug, or something that made no sense? The easiest way to report it during the beta is through the scrim.tf Discord — it goes straight to the people who can fix it.
What helps
- What you were doing — creating a listing, sending a proposal, reserving a server.
- What happened — the error, the wrong number, the button that did nothing.
- What you expected instead. Often the most useful line, and the one people leave out.
- A screenshot, if it is something you can see. A link to the listing or match helps too.
No need to write it up formally. “Tried to add a merc called Jack and got someone else” is a good report.
Also worth knowing
There is no dedicated bug channel yet — post it wherever the conversation fits, and it will be picked up.
Reporting a player — a no-show, a fake listing, impersonation — goes the same way for now. There is no report form on scrim.tf yet, and these are handled by hand during the beta.
Privacy requests — a correction, or having your account removed — use the same route, as the privacy page says.
